PITCHING PROGRAM

CSP's 6-Week Pitching Program is open to athletes grades 6 and above. This features a Gym and Throwing Program:

Gym Program: Pre Throwing Routine,/Warm Up, J Band & Shoulder Tube Work, Wrist Weights, Arm Path Corrections and Strengthening & Stabilizing the Core. 

​

Throwing Program: Plyo Ball Integration, Improvement of Arm Speed, Increase Shoulder Mobility and Use of Core Velocity Belt. 

$400 PER PERSON
