CSP's Speed, Agility and Power's 8-week Training is designed for serious athletes looking to produce at their peak performance in any sport. This program allows athletes to enhance their skills needed for: Coordination, Agility, Speed, Power, Balance & Reaction

2x a week

Thursdays: 8:30-9:30 PM
